 Our claims process in 3 simple steps.

1. Complete our Claim Form

We offer a ‘no fee’ service, to help you identify whether you have a claim, and if we believe you will be successful, we would recommend that you proceed.  We would then forward a copy of our company terms and conditions to you, with our appraisal.

2. We process your claim and negotiate with the airline

We process everything for you. 

We will professionally and efficiently deal with all the administration requirements to submit all the required documents to the appropriate airline ensuring that wherever possible, everything to support you claim is included. 

We will then communicate on an ongoing basis with the airline, for as long as required, until such as the airline provides a level of compensation, or it is clear that there are justifiable reasons why a claim cannot be made or otherwise.

3. You receive your compensation

There is no ‘up front’ cost to you. 

If your claim is successful, our company will retain an agreed small administration charge amount, before sending you your cheque or completing a BACS bank transfer to you.  Full details will be provided when we respond to you, at the beginning of your claim process.

If your claim is unsuccessful, UK Sky Claims do not charge you anything at all.
